Returns

At Bigger Than Food, we want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we accept returns within 10 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:
✔ Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags attached.
✔ Items must be returned in their original packaging.
✔ Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items:
🚫 Custom-made or personalized items
🚫 Gift cards
🚫 Items marked as “Final Sale”

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check with your bank or payment provider first. If there’s still an issue, contact us at info@okblackeats.com.
